Step-by-step shopping guide
From the screen featuring the item you wish to purchase:

Specify your order by selecting from the options listed for example, quantity
Click on Add to Basket and review the details for the item requested.
Click on More Shopping and repeat the above process until you have placed all the items you require in your Shopping Basket.
Click on the Checkout button at the top right hand corner of the screen.
Review all the details of your Shopping Basket and click on Confirm.
You will now be guided through a simple three-step process providing us with your name, delivery address and method of payment.
Click on Confirm Order to send your order to us over a secure link.
We will acknowledge your order by email.

Error messages
Error messages are shown on the site in red. These appear when incorrect data has been input or data is missing. Please follow the instruction on the error message to correct. If the error message details that there is an error in one of the data input boxes this will be indicated by a red exclamation next to the specific box.
